  Staff, both medical and otherwise are appalling. Wife booked an appointment at 8.10am for 4.50pm. She had to book time off work to attend the appointment as she works in town. On arrival the receptionist (who delights in causing misery to others it seems) told my wife that the person who booked the appointment had done so incorrectly and the Doctor was 'unable to see anyone because he wanted to go home early'. After pleading with this rude woman, explaining that it had taken her over an hour to rush back to get to the appointment my wife said she wanted to complain at the abysmal service. The receptionist told her that the only way she could complain was to put something in writing, which she is now doing. Absolute disgrace, the receptionist staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met and the Doctor clearly has better things to do than see his patients. Avoid.
